Drawing on decades of experience in facilitation, improvisation, leadership, and organizational learning, Heather designs highly interactive workshops that equip teams to communicate more effectively, navigate change, strengthen client and workplace relationships, and lead with confidence.
Known for her engaging, energetic, and practical approach, Heather creates learning experiences where participants actively practice new skills, not just hear about them. Every workshop is customized to the organization’s goals and leaves participants with strategies they can apply immediately.
Heather holds a Master's degree in Educational Psychology, a Sixth-Year degree in Educational Leadership, and brings more than 25 years of experience designing and facilitating engaging learning experiences. Her unique combination of leadership development, applied improvisation, and classroom expertise allows her to create workshops that are practical, engaging, and immediately applicable in the workplace.
Heather has trained with some of the nation's leading improvisation organizations, including The Second City Training Center, iO (ImprovOlympic), The Annoyance Theater, and ComedySportz. She combines these techniques with decades of experience in facilitation to create engaging workshops that strengthen communication, collaboration, and team performance.
